C0Q10 is important enough my husband's cardiologist told him he needed to take it! How often do you come across that? His PAC also relates any member of her family taking a statin also takes CoQ10. The heart requires it but statins deplete it. A 'must have' especially if choosing to control cholesterol via statins.

It is best to use this with your doctor's knowledge/approval as it does affect several heart meds - some it decreases efficiency, some it increases efficiency. Requires playing with your medicinal mix but well worth it! |
