I started taking this when my doctor told me I was borderline with my Cholesterol. After taking for 6 months and then getting my Cholesterol retested, there was no change in my numbers.

My family is big on vitamins and my mother takes and loves this vitamin. She has high cholesterol and blood pressure so in addition to taking her prescribed medications she takes this vitamin as well. She hopes to live longer and better by taking this.

Pros:
It is good for people who have high cholesterol or high blood pressure.
Cons:
As of now she is taking a lot of medications for her cholesterol but hopefully she can be dropped to just this vitamin.
