DH swears by this product. He's taken daily for several months and is quit to whine when he's running low. It's an enzyme from fermented soybean so is a natural product. If your looking to improve your blood flow, esp. to lower extremities, try it - you'll like it! We buy several bottles at a time from Swanson rather than paying more than double the price at the local health food store.
