This product is great because it has a very basic light taste, so it can be mixed with milk, yogurt and fruit, and it offers a good nutritive value, so I use it both post work out, and before bedtime.

This powder is very versatile, as you can put it in about anything. I often use it in yogurt or in cereal. It goes best in dairy products or fruit smoothies. Don't try to put it in a glass of milk with nothing else because it is not good like that at all!

The thing I noticed most about this product is that it doesn't give you that "bloating" feeling after drinking it. That is the worst feeling upon entering a gym before working out. Helps to pack on lean, tight, muscle

The best in both taste and usage, AND it's all natural if you're into that sort of thing. Which I am. Pulls in the ladies, too. Works great as a meal or snack replacement.
