This is a pretty good energy supplement. I turned to it because drinking the soda-type energy beverages usually gives me a terrible stomach ache. I don't really drink soda regularly, and rarely drink more than a few ounces.
5-hour energy can be downed in a few seconds which makes it quick and efficient when I need to be alert after a long tiring day, or when I need an extra burst of energy. I like the B vitimins that it contains
