My first experience with Arnica was when our dog was hurt in a fight. We didn't think he would make it through the night and didn't have an ER vet available. A friend offered some arnica, we thought it couldn't hurt so tried it. Shortly after each dose he would perk up some and it would last about 2 hours each time. After several doses I was convinced. (he lived, by the way ;-) Since then I have used it myself on several occasions and keep extra on hand. Each time I loan it out to friends for them to try they all refuse to give it back. The sublinguals are great for internal injuries but the cream is excellent for muscle aches etc. Really seems to help speed the healing process.

Date Purchased: 05/08
Price Paid: $10
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
The sublinguals are the cheapest supplement I've ever bought, the cream isn't terribly priced either. Works quickly, without side effects.

Cons:
One must overcome the stigma of a homeopathic before giving it a try.
