Yet another Cytosport Hit. High in energy, not too terrible in sugar and a fairly effective energy booster and I don;t even have to set foot in a "Nutrition store" to find them as they are in local gas stations. The problem is that it doesn't have the amazing taste that every other Cytosport product does.

I have found that I really get a great burst of energy from this drink. The taste is not very good but I can still choke it down. If they could come out with a better flavor, I'd stick wtih this for sure! The best part was that I felt good AFTER I was done.

Pros:

Amazing burst of energy, no let-down afterwords like you get from some "energy" drinks.

Cons:

The taste is pretty gross.

For those sensitive to energy drinks, this one may affect you. My mom tried one while working at the gym I go to and said she could only handle half the bottle! I'm not sure if this is the intended effect but it does definetly give you more energy prior to your workout. Not to mention, it has pretty high protein content. The only downside is that it does not taste very well and has a horrible aftertaste.
