I bought this simply because the sales guy (Also my work out partner) said a lot of guys were impressed with it. After a weeks workout I gave him the rest of the container and told him to have fun. It did give you the normal NaNo pump, but it took almost a half an hour. The only reason we so much for the products is the instant metabilization, which I don;t feel this product gave

Pros:

Taste good for a NaNo product actually.
Did get the typical NaNo pump

Cons:

Took a half hour to kick in, if you are willing to wait that long you can just buy the ingredients in a gel pill for $10 and not get the instant reaction out of them

I've always followed the product line of NO2 supplements, and sometimes going into a nutrition store and staring at all they have to offer can be quite overwhelming. I figured I'd try the newest one they had, and was very impressed with the pumps I received from this product.
