Although this product was marketed for aiding in your muscle mass, I found it particulary helpful during my running days. I felt like the formula helped to relax my muscles involved in long distance running (5-7 miles per day). The energy that came along with it did not hurt either, because I am sometimes constantly fatigued throughout the day. I would definetly recommend this product for these reasons, and for weight training as well.
