I wanted something to give me maximum pumps, increased energy, and huge muscle gains in the gym. I was tired of protein powders and creatine supplements. I would say this product does not simply increase muscle mass, but it GIVES YOU THE ENERGY to increase muscle mass. The biggest difference was actually seen while working out.
