I had bad luck with this product, as I have taken many energy boost supplements. I just did not get the effects I was after. The taste is kind of bad too.

I used this energy gel in may 08 as part of preparation for the sports competition I took part in. It really fills lots of energy in you. I was feeling very confident and energized. That change the whole outlook for me. I did not win the race, but at least completed that 400m race. That is an achievement for me and my wife.
