Echinacea was recommended to me by my boyfriend, who told me that his boss’s son took it regularly and completely avoided getting sick. I have a low immune system so I get sick frequently, which made these supplements sound super appealing. Unfortunately they didn’t do anything for me. I took Echinacea for a while but didn’t notice any kind of difference or change. These pills claim to strengthen the immune system (and maybe for others they do) but it fell short of my expectations.
