I'm sure everyone has seen the commercial and I was the one convinced. I got really excited about trying this product to improve health and colon care and I took it until it ran out, followed directions and I did see improvement. However, you feel like your being cleaned out, but in reality, when I was out of the supplement, I felt just the same.
