Having previously fallen in love with Bach's Rescue Remedy and it's effects on our teenager, when our younger son began having problems I didn't hesitate to try this remedy. It works - wonderfully - IF (and obviously only if) you can get a younger child to take something that tastes awful at bedtime when they can't follow-up with a sip of something sweet. I gave up trying to force our son to take it and keep it by my bedside instead.
