even though I quit smoking several years ago, my sinuses have never been the same. I seem prone to frequent, intense, albeit fairly short-lived sinus pressure attacks. Maybe it's the weather, maybe it's an allergy. Sudafed used to be my only truly effective weapon. Having grown tired of needing to prove I'm not a druggie to purchase my preferred remedy, I opted to try a friend's Sinusalia. It was love at first try. Takes about 20 minutes and the pressure is gone. It doesn't affect my sleep like Sudafed does and has no side effects. On a very rare occasion, the first dose doesn't fully relieve the pressure. I re-dose at the 20 minute mark and it hasn't failed me yet.
