Now My Husband does not take any medicine at all. He can not swallow pills, so when he has a problem he chews them. He was having horrible head aches, neck pain and shoulder pain. He needed something bad, so my mother had this, and gave him it, and he chewed 2 of them. SO AMAZING, it helped him! I am a believer of this, ALL natural no harsh chemicals, and its over the counter in your vitamin store! He takes it when he is in serious pain which was from stress and tightened up his muscles, this has helped a lot! Now it says the price for 3.95, however we didn't pay for it, my mother gave us it, and we got it in 9/07
