I started taking this product when my doctor told me it would help my recurring canker sores. I have tried just about everything for canker sores, and since taking this I have not had as many as before. I take them a few times a week or when I first start to feel a canker sore forming, or when I eat foods that cause my canker sore such as tomatoes.
This can be found easily in most major drug and grocery stores and is fairly inexpensive. I highly recommend this!

Cons:
The texture when chewed is kind of gritty, so drink something with it. |
