Mucinex works. If you have a chest cold, this definitely makes you feel better, but it only masks the issue. There have been multiple cases of this product being linked to chest and nasal damage so I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

I absolutely love this product. I get really bad colds and chest infections and this is usually the only thing I can take to clear them up. It is a bit expensive but for me it is well worth paying that extra for something that works the first time you take it.

I was perscibed this by my doctor to help relieve some of the intense pain of a sinus infection a few weeks ago. It greatly reduced the nasal drainage and congestion I was experiencing. It helped open my airways and I was better able to sleep at night.

It lasts for 12 hours and there are no side effects that I experienced.

Mucinex is what the doctors told me to take when I was getting over pneumonia. It got rid of the post nasal drip but it also dried my sinuses so much I thought I was breathing sandpaper. It did not help any other symptoms, but maybe it works better for a regular cold.

This products works wonders if you have a cold of your feeling blocked up. It will clear your sinuses out so fast that you won;t know what hit them.

I've read the reviews, no one can find fault with this product! It's great for clearing out your chest and sinuses and putting a cold at bay. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to one of the ingredients, and had a very bad reaction. So I'd suggest it, just be careful!
