I used to take this product when I felt I had a cold or flu coming. I really did not think it helped much. Now I take Zinc and I think that helps a lot.

I think the Zinc tablets are more effective for reducing the impact of colds and flu.

I bought this after coming down with a cold. It was supposed to get rid of the symptoms but failed to. I didnt notice any faster recovery or relief of symptoms. Everyone rants and raves about it but I dont see why.
