My liver was giving me trouble and my doctor suggested I to go on milk thistle extract. This is the best product for its price. I've been through many others. The funny thing was that it also helped with my fibromyalgia pain. I take it three times a day now.

Pros:
The vcaps are easy to swallow. Can take on a empty stomach and it isn't very expensive. It works!
