This product is suppose to be good for your vision. Since I have been using it I think my eyesight is a little better, but it is very hard for me to say this definitively. I am very pleased with the other Melaleuca products so I have some faith in this product.
Contains lutein, blueberry, bilberry, and vitamin C.
