I used many brands of fish oil gels.But I felt SpectrumFish Oil softgels special.Normally fish oil is good for heart health and it reduces inflammation .It supports memory,so it is good for kids.Daily use will give good result.

I really like Spectrum Fish Oil softgels. I don't get a lot of fish in my diet, so this is the perfect way to get all the essential fatty acids your body needs everyday. I like that it is an all natural product and the purity is guranteed, so there is no worry about chemicals like mercury in the oil. It does have a bit of an aftertaste which is unpleasant. I have taken other fish oils which have orange essential oil added to it and it they have no fishy aftertaste. Despite the aftertaste, I would still recommend this product.

This fish oil contains EPA and DHA made from Norwegian Fish Oil. Two capsules contain 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of SHA.

I believe this supplement is very important to maintaining good health, since we don't have access to lots of fresh fish.

Fishy after taste sometimes but I freeze them and it helps.

I think you'd be suprised that fish oil is a beauty suppliment but it is. Since I've been taking this product, my scalp is less dry, my wrinkles are less apparant. My skin is looking much younger. Containing lots of DHA and Omega 3's, it supports brain and nervous system functions as well. Keep your brain beautiful too!

Pros:

No after taste of fish. It's from non threatened, low on the food chain fish, wild caught. Easy to take two softgels a day.

Cons:

If you take too much, you may get fish burps.
