One a day women's was the first full multi-vitamin I tried, since I wanted to only have to take one pill per day.
Date Purchased: Early 2007 ish
Price Paid: $30
Recommend: Yes |
Pros:
Reasonably priced, though at the time when I tried it, it was more expensive. Seemed to work well.
Cons:

One a Day Women's appears to have a vital mixture of all the essential nutrients and vitamins women need daily.
I feel healthy, but I can't tell if the vitamin is one of the reasons for this.
Date Purchased: 01/10
Price Paid: $15
Recommend: Yes |
Pros:
I like that One a Day specializes their vitamins for specific needs, in this case, women's needs.
Cons:
I definitely have to be eating something when I take this or I will get sick. Sometimes even when I am eating, the pill makes me momentarily queasy. Multi-Vitamins are meant to be taken with a meal. |

This product has worked well for me. Of course it is difficult to gauge the effectiveness of multi vitamins, as opposed to a pain reliever or antibiotic, but I feel good after taking it. I haven been working out and trying to eat better and this product puts me over the top. I feel healthier and better overall. One thing you must remember to do is eat when taking the vitamin, you may get a stomach ache if you do not, as I have in the past. One reason I chose this product was because they are donating to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Date Purchased: 05/08
Price Paid: $6

Pros:
easy to use, makes you feel good
Cons:
must eat while taking it, claims to support bone and breast health but hasn't been approved by FDA for those specific claims |
