My teenage daughter would get enemic, dizzy and sometimes vomit during mentruation. These have a good amount of iron to combat that. Those symptoms have definitely decreased.

It an excelent product, very good vitamins.
It does its job great. can give an small example of personnal experience with this,
When I go to the gym and
I can take this product and really I would feel
great, I would have plenty of energy and even
after I'm finished excercising I would not feel as tired as when I didn't take anything.

Good product, but nothing incredibly noticeable. After taking them for little over a month, I did not notice very much except a little more energy in the mornings.
