I have tried finding the right texture of fiber to mix to my drinks. Nutrilite is just right, the fiber is not too big nor too small. It does not taste bad and is very easy to drink

I have been trying a lot of fiber supplements before I try this brand. I think Nutrilite Fiber is quite effective for people who suffer from constipation and rarely take vegetables like me. It really helps to relief my constipation since I took it.
