The Twin Labs company may possibly be my favorite company when it comes to vitamins. The quality of the company alone should tell you this product is effective! It's moderately priced, (around 20$ a bottle) and includes 120 pills. One of the best multi-vitamins for men in my eyes.

it's hard to tell with vitamins what you're really getting, but Twin Labs is a reliable company and the products have consistent quality. For me, these vitamins digest easily and they have everything a guy my age (pushing 50) needs.
