These are the vitamins I currently take. I definitely feel the difference! They're good tasting, too, and lack the icky texture most gummies have.

Cons:

Taste so good you'll want to eat them like candy

It's tasty - my 2 years old love them, they think it's a treat, probably because I never gave them a candy before. And not least important - they are natural.
Same with Gummy Fish - it's the only way to give my girl fish oil.
