I have actually tried this product, along with my dad, who has usual joint pain. He claims it helped to relieve some of the stiffness, but I have not noticed very much. Being that I am 19 years old may have something to do with it, but still I have no use for it

my mother suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and bought this product for her a year back and have helped her so much I can't tell you. she feels better than since she was diagnosed seven years ago.she has regained her most of the energy and I will continue to buy this product for her.

I was searching for the ultimate multivitamin for my husband and I to take and when I came across Total Balance I thought I would give it a try. The pills are a decent size and they do not leave a bad taste in your mouth.
