My kids love to eat fish but I still feared that they were not getting enough of the Omega 3 from food alone. I liked that they made it easy to supplement my kids' diet with this gummy vitamin. The price is also good at $9.99 in Costco. However, my kids hate the taste. Even if it is masked with flavors and dusted with sugar I think they can taste something they do not like. I have found a way to still give this by mixing it with the other gummy vits I give and I only give them 1 each per day instead of two.
