I have been taking these forever and yes I do know that now that I am an adult I could move up to "adult vitamins". But for people like me who have sensitive stomachs and don't take pills all that well these are perfect. No they don't taste AWESOME, but they don't leave a nasty after taste like some do. They have the same amount of nutrients and vitamins as other products. My dr even told me that I could take them both times I was pregnant instead of a prenatal if I just added a folic acid.
