My eye doctor recommended I take Ocuvite Eye Vitamins in order to preserve my vision. I have bad eyesight and I want to protect whatever I do have. He said these vitamins were enriched and supplemented with Lutein and other things that help the eyes. Although I can't see any improvement, I can tell things have not deteriorated.

Pros:
Easy to take. No unpleasant after taste. No worsening of eye issues.
Cons:
Pricey. Not sure if it really does anything or if it is just PR hype. But I'll take it because I don't want to mess with my eyes. |
