I was told to start taking prenatal vitamin when I try to conceive (to improve the chance to conceive and to prevent abnormality on fetus). I have started to take this supplement 3 months prior to conception, and continue to take it until the 3rd month of my pregnancy. I didn't find any significant effect on me, but I think it is working as I have successfully conceived and gave birth to a healthy boy!

I took Materna when I was pregnant with my daughter. I starter as soon as I found out I was pregnant. I didn't find any difference as if I weren't taking them. I only felt a little nauseated had I been on an empty stomach. Other than that I liked them.
