I purchased this for my 6 year old daughter because she refuses to eat meat and I worry about her iron intake. She bruises easily which is a sign that she needs more iron. These vitamins contain 15mg of iron plus all the other important vitamins that a child need to maintain health.
My daughter loves them. She likes the taste and she likes to choose which character she gets every morning. I have noticed that since she has been taking them she does not bruise as easily as she used to so I give this a 5 star rating. Also, every pediatrician we have gone to recommends the Flintstones vitamins, so I trust that they work great.
It contains 60 chewable for about $7.99, but I got mine for buy one get one free which equals to really inexpensive.
