I've been using this Mangosteen Gold since recommended by a friend. I have hiatal hernia problems, with my esophagus tightening up and constricting. I've been using this twice a day (2 T) and the constriction is about 95% gone. It tastes like a heavy fruit juice. I mix it with regular juice and water. I'm not sure what it does, but somehow it clears me up, and I can eat chicken or beef without the symptoms ruining my meals.
