Cod liver oil, while very gross is a great health product. The longer you've been taking it is the better you will feel. My father started giving this to me at a very young age and now i'm as fit as a fiddle.

I love being able to take vitamins that are all natural. Even though cod liver oil was originally only for the UK, you can now get it in the US, which is wonderful! It's even in a gelatin-free capsule, which means it's vegetarian friendly. And you can't beat the price.
