I've tried a LOT of multivitamins, and so far have found this one to be the gold standard of post-bariatric surgery supplementation. The flavor is Mandarin Orange, and it's not a sharp, chalky taste like most other chewables out there. It goes down easy and has NO aftertaste. There's no sugar in it, but it does have sorbitol in it, so be careful if you're sensitive to sugar alcohols. These are a little pricey, but totally worth it. Honestly, these make taking vitamins kind of fun.
