Teenagers, especially girls, are notorious for their horrible eating habits. They just DO not get all their nutritional needs met every day. I have 3 teenage daughters and every one of them takes this multi every day. We have all noticed a difference in so many things about them. Their hair, skin, and nails all look healthier and their performance in school is much better than before they started taking a suppliment made just for them. Also, they are all cheerleaders and gymnasts. We have noticed that their performances on the mats have improved, too. One note though, as with any multi, make sure it is taken with some food or heartburn or nausea may occur.

Let me start by saying that this product is great. I brought my first bottle last month after my daughter, who plays basketball, orthopedic doctor said she needs a multivitamin. She hurts herself alot and he noticed her healing time was becoming to extensive. He believed it was because she was depleting her body of the vitamins and minerals but not replacing them properly. I spent almost two hours looking for the perfect balance of vitamins and minerals that the doctor suggested and this product fit the bill. It has only been a month, but I can already see the difference. Not only has her recent accident, a high ankle sprain, healed more in the last month than it has in the last three months, but she has more energy, her grades, though good have jumped by almost 9 points putting her in the honor roll category, but her acne is clearing. I would recommend this product for every active female teen around.
