omega3 is really very good for heart .Johnson & Johnson has launched an excellent product which is really very good for the persons weak at heart. This helps in gaining omega3 without having fish and helps in remaining active through out the day.

Omega-3's are supposed to be good for the heart, but at my young age there's no way I can see concrete differences in my heart functioning from taking the pills. They're relatively cheap, so it won't hurt to play it safe and take these daily.

Pros:

A low fat way to supplement fish oils without having fried fish.

Cons:

Sometimes when you burp after taking them you can smell a fishy odor and some taste, but it's subtle.

This is a another one good product from Johnson&Johnson. Fish oil helps to improve the brain function and cardiovascular system. I used to give this to my 6 years old kid. I am more happy with his study and activity.
