Hi friends, energy is needed for our body to carryout our day to day activities and food is the main source of energy. Our body needs vitamin to be in a healthy condition. The main question is whether the quality of food we consume is capable of supplying required quantity of all varieties of vitamins and nutrients to our blood. i had purchased this product for me as i was ill for some months so doctor advised me to take some vitamin and mineral capsules. i bought these capsules on his prescription and i am completely satisfied with this product. I take two capsules daily to fulfill my energy needs. These have a good taste and have brown color.
