syrup multivitamin product is quite good, and I'll give you two reasons from my experience.
1. It will increase your appetite.
2. It absorb faster by the body rather than the usual "tablet" vitamin.
So my opinion is, I recommend it

Any syrup multivitamin product is never really that good, and I'll give you two reasons from my experience.
1. If your a jogger like me in the morning, this stuff will only make you feel a little nauseous.
2. It enters the bloodstream quicker.
For me I like my multivitamins to gradually absorb throughout the day. So my opinion is, I don't recommend it.
