Pros:
Trusted name brand, so I feel good about the vitamins.
Readily available and even on sale sometime.
I know vitamin products are important for my health and I'm glad to find a product that I can take.
Cons:
Sometimes get a vitamin aftertaste, so I take with food and plenty of water. |

This is one of the best vitamins I have ever taken. I have problems swallowing pills, and I needed to start taking a multi-vitamin, but could never find one I could swallow. When I saw these on the shelf, I just had to give them a try. WOW, chewable, adult vitamins. The taste is great, and I feel wonderful. I will buy these again and again. Great product!

Centrum's multi-vitamins provide the nutritional balance needed for quality of life and health. I have been taking the product for some time now, and I have no complaints, and in fact, the knowledge that I am getting what I need helps perhaps in its own right.

Cons:
The price is not outrageous, but I don't like buying something that should be unnecessary through good eating. Since I don't always eat well, however, its a good investment. |

I had a gastric bypass a few years ago, and one of the requirements of having surgery is that you MUST take vitamins every day, or else. And since I'm more comfortable taking vitamins in chewable form, it was hard to find one that didn't taste like pure bitter chalk. The Centrum chewable multis are orange flavored, so they go down a bit easier. They leave a slight aftertaste, but not as bad as a lot of other chewable adult vitamins out there. These are good, solid vitamins and also not very expensive, which I appreciate greatly.
