I bought these for my son as a multivitamin. He did not like the chewable ones because of their texture. He loves these! He says they are much better tasting and makes him think he's eating candy instead of a vitamin. I have wondered if they are okay for him to eat every day or if they will hurt his teeth. However, he just eats them and then brushes his teeth right after.

After trying many other multi's that the kids wouldn't take because of the chalkiness, we discovered Groovy's. They love the flavors and actually remind me that they haven't had a gummy yet. I do give them a glass of juice to wash it down with because of the after taste, and that works well for us.

I bought these for my son because he had always wanted to try the candy type of vitamins. Much to his surprise he didnt like them. He said they didnt taste good. We went on to the traditional chewables.
