I picked these up last year at the local drug store, they marketed it as something that would make more manly! Since I was already manly, I did not notice much of a difference, so I went back to the vitamins I buy at bulk at a local warehouse type store.

This is an over all good multi-vitamin. It's mainly natural and petty simple to digest with a meal. It's provides a good amount of vitamins and minerals which synthesize nice with a meal.

After having read previous reviews on this product, I had to try it. I must say the results are better than the average multiple vitamin. I contribute this to the fact that they are designed for men and only men. I have taken numerous multi-vitamins, some at the same time, but this one is definetly noticeable.

My fiance takes this multivitamin pill everyday. He has been taking it for the last two years or so and absolutely loves them. He has more energy and enjoys taking them because they are natural.
