I used to use this often in making fresh fruit smoothies, and this works great! It may not be the best protein out there, but over all it was good.

this stuff is great after a workout, it really helps to replenish you, but I didn't see significant muscle gains after about 2 months

I tried this a while ago when I was focusing very hard on building my muscle mass.I took it half an hour before the workout and I have to say I'm pretty pleased with the results!The great taste is just another big plus!

Bought this gigantic thing for my ex boyfriend when he was working out. It actually tasted really good!!! I was surprised because i thought it would taste very medicine-ish. It tastes best when mixed with milk, though he would just mix it with water at the gym since it's more convenient that way. He said these were high quality protein, different than what he had bought before. It made him feel more full than the other ones.

I purchased some of this protein powder from a supplement shop I'm familiar with in Raleigh, North Carolina. I've tried numerous different kinds of protein powders, and this one seems to work the best. I put on 20 pounds in four months of mostly muscle. Easy to drink and very affordable.
