I'm not sure if this product does any good or not. It's not doing anything bad, but I see no improvement after taking it for about a year. My doctor recommended it and so I'll continue taking it until June, when I go back for my check up. It's cheap enough to take and not worry about, and if I stopped, perhaps I'd notice. For now, the jury is out.
