i personally didn't like the effects of this product, but i know many that have enjoyed its use.

Pros:

can help some lose weight.

Cons:

Can make you feel too hyper.
tingly burning feeling isn't fun for some.

These were worthless. Totally did nothing for me except made my hand shake and gave me headaches. It did not even reduce my appetite but instead it made me feel nauseated. At first, these pills have an after taste so you must drink a lot of water.

It did give me energy so i would take this prior to going to the gym

Cons:

made me feel nauseous, my hands were shaking, speed up my heart rate like it's going to pop out of my chest

A workout buddy used this product and the results he achieved were amazing. He was not considerably overwieght but could lose some weight. He went from about 250 pounds to about 180 pounds while on hydroxycut. He seemed to have more energy and seemed to get better results on hydroxycut than any other product. I found it on the Hi Health website for $26.99 in a 100 capsule container.
