This item can be found at any Hi Health for around $40 - $45. It comes in both chocolate and vanilla flavors. I would recommend using a blender when mixing the formula as it tends to be clumpy if mixed by hand. I was taking the formula three times a day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner but still was not able to see the results i was looking for.
