it is good energy drink but i think it is not tasty and its cost is higher then other energy drinks .but it is pretty good for body builders.

monster milk , first of all costly product , non-tasty , hard to digest , only good for those who do hard exercise along with this , very chalky and even bad smell. i used it just once and did not had guts to use it the next time , It scared me a lot .

If you want to burn $40 then this one is for you. Terrible taste. Doesn't work near as well as other products that cost less than half of what Monster Milk does. A complete waste of money.

I used to think you could never match the taste of the muscle milk products you buy pre-made. This product is by far the best tasting mixer I have tried so far. The results are noticeable, maybe not as noticeable as I'd like, but definetly worth trying.

Usually, you take muscle milk while you sleep since it releases slowly. This stuff was horrible. The taste is worth gagging over and the texture and quality of it was equally bad. Yes, it releases proteins slower but I'd rather take something that is instant instead of tasting something that is so horrible. For those with a tough stomach and can tolerate the taste, this is good. For those who can't stand the taste of chalk then I'd suggest buying Muscle Milk

Monster Milk, the bigger brother of just regular Muscle Milk.
With 50 grams of multi-source protein per serving, how much better can it get?
It's pretty tough to find any other supplement out there that will deliver the big blast of fast and slow proteins like Monster Milk.
