If you work out with this, it'll build your muscle mass fast. If you don't, you'll get fat. It caused acne in my friends but not me. I only used it for about three weeks though. Other products seem to work better.

I tried the Joe Weider Mega mass 2000 as a supplement in my weight training. I wanted to add a little more to my diet to increase muscle and mass. My friend had been using it and recommend the product. It help in a lot of ways but the downside at least for me was that it caused acne. Not on my face but on my shoulders and arms. My friend used it with no problems but I stopped using it because of this problem.
