I've always used Men's One-a-day for my daily supplement, not because I swear it works better than other vitamins, but because I feel they actually are more effective in increasing my overall heath than other brands. I've gotten sick less since I've used this brand, and feel much more confident in one-a-day than Kirkland brand multivitamin. Price in my area was $20 for a 3 month supply.

i been taking One A Day Men's Health Formula Multivitamins for a couple of months now. i have more energy during the day and is also sleeping better at night. im not fond of the large size of these vitamins but i do not have a big problem swallowing them. However, every now and then one will get stuck which is not pleasant.

One-A-Day Men's has significantly improved my overall health - since I've started taking it I'm very rarely sick - and makes me feel generally happier and energetic, and I have enough stamina to last 13+ hours a day if needed. In addition to that, my doctor told me that it helps reduce the risk of cancer, especially more common types like prostate. This is very helpful, because prostate and colon cancers run in my family. If I had to stop taking it, I honestly think I would feel much more "down-in-the-dumps" then I am taking it. I do find it hard to swallow though, but I've gotten used to it after a while.

My husband takes these regularly to keep his vitamins at a healthy level. They are easy for him to remember to take and the large size bottle means we dont have to refill all the time! He likes the fact that they are just for men aso they are designed for his body. I just like the fact that he takes them.

took it every day for a while seemed to help a little bit, I at least felt better, but that was when i was a regular smoker now that I'm not I feel the same I felt when i took this vitamin all the time.

My husband currently takes these because he has heart problems and the vitamins are supposed to maintain a healthy heart. They also claim to help support a healthy prostate because it contains Selenium which may reduce the risk. This is important to us since prostate cancer runs in his family.
We also like that it is inexpensive and does not upset the stomach.

These vitamins are filled with nutrients, but the pills are huge! The pills also taste very bad, and if you have trouble swallowing pills the first time, the taste could very quickly nauseate you. Also, these are huge pills, so they are not recommended for anyone who has trouble swallowing pills. Only take them if you can handle the pill, and don't mind the taste for a little bit.
